20 years in practice
Dr Cooper celebrated her 20th year in practice in 2009. She began practicing in the Eastgate area of Cincinnati in 1989. She opened her solo practice in 1994. Dr Cooper wishes to express her gratitude to the many patients and physicians who have referred new patients to her. If you have been treated by Dr Cooper, you would most likely agree that practicing podiatric medicine is “her calling” and that she thoroughly enjoys her work with her patients and her staff. 2009 was Dr Cooper’s busiest year ever in the surgical suite even though it is her practice to treat with conservative care and to perform surgery only as a last resort. She performed more Extra Corporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) treatment for plantar fasciitis in 2009 than in any previous year, as well. Those who suffer from plantar fasciitis are excited about ESWT because it has been extremely successful for Dr Cooper’s patients and the patient is able to return to work the very next day after the procedure.
